Costs for the Day Trips per child or teen is $850 inclusive of travel to & from pickups on the Gold Coast and travel to venues, entry fees, food & dietary requirements, hat, t-shirt/jumper/jacket, drink bottle & therapeutic interventions by experienced Team Members.

Costs for 2 Day Camp Trips per child or teen is $2500, inclusive of travel to & from pickups on the Gold Coast and travel to venues, all sleeping apparatuses, entry fees, food & dietary requirements, hat, t-shirt/Jacket/Jumper, drink bottle & therapeutic interventions by experienced Team Members.

Experiences Therapist's & Support Workers, who hold 'first Aid', 'Blue Cards', Qualifications and/or experience working with Children/Teens on the Autism Spectrum'. At all times a qualified & registered psychologist will be in attendance who is registered with the 'Australian Health Practitioner Health Regularity Agency' (AHPRA). 

The Team is conscious of weather events, and all venues priors will ensure any weather event is taken into account before attending your child/teen to venues.

Confirmations of official venue will be confirmed at least 2 days prior.

Day Trips will be at locations on the Gold Coast that encapsulate the Natural Beauties the Gold Coast has to offer.

Venues will be decided upon availability and appropriate weather conditions e.g. Theme Parks, Beaches & Parks and/or Nature Reserves. 

Camp Trips will be at locations on the Gold Coast that encapsulate the Natural Beauties the Gold Coast has to offer.

Venues will be decided upon availability and appropriate weather conditions e.g. Camp Sites, Various venues that offer indoor & outdoor camping experiences. 

The 'Natural Integrative Therapy' model is designed for the children & teens only.

Your children/teens are able to contact you within reason at any time during their day or camp experience via their device. 

In the case the parent/carers wish to attend the camp, they will need to arrange separate accommodation at the venue. 

Due to confidentiality the parent/carer will only be able to have contact with their child/teen separately from the other children/teens & a team member will escort the child/teen to the parent/carer's accommodation. 

The Team naturally will do all they can to calm your child/teen initially, before contacting the parent/carer. In the case the child/teen is unable to self-regulate and insists on leaving, the parent/carer will be requested to pick up their child/teen. If the child/teen is booked for the 2 Day Camp, they will be encouraged to return the following day, for part or the full day/night.

The Team can assist with any medication requirements, so as long as the medication provided is provided by a General Practitioner or other Medical Practitioner and administrative instructions & name of the child/teen are clearly identifiable on the Medication. Medication & instructions are to be provided to a Team Member upon pick up. 

We understand circumstances/travel arrangements can change or need to be adjusted. We require full payment 1 month in advance. We offer refunds or holds on payments case by case to ensure the programs can proceed for the rest of the participants attending.
